This Refund Policy explains how StellarLabs Africa LTD ("StellarLabs Africa," "LiveLens," "we," "us," or "our") handles cancellation and refunds for LiveLens subscriptions, AI Credits, and Built-for-You Concierge Services.
These rules are the refund terms in our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms differ, the Terms control.
1. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and AI Credits are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize LiveLens and its payment partners to charge applicable fees.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
You may cancel a subscription through the applicable billing controls in your account. Cancellation generally remains effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain paid-plan access through that period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation or expiration, the account enters a seven-day grace period. During the grace period, applicable paid-plan functionality may remain available while the account transitions. After the grace period, the account is downgraded to the applicable free subscription tier and the free-tier limits apply.
A downgrade may cause Published Experiences or other functionality to become blocked where continued use exceeds the applicable free-tier limits. We are not required to preserve paid-plan functionality after the grace period.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written promotion or agreement.
We may change prices with reasonable notice before the new price applies to a renewal. Price changes do not affect a prepaid billing period unless otherwise stated.
If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict paid functionality after any applicable grace period and may attempt to collect the outstanding amount.
2. AI Credits
AI Credits are consumed when an eligible AI generation job is submitted. If a generation job fails in a manner that qualifies for credit restoration, the applicable credit will be returned.
AI Credits issued through subscription renewals are added to the existing balance rather than replacing previously accumulated credits.
AI Credits do not expire. If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, previously accumulated AI Credits remain associated with your account and may be used subject to the availability of the applicable AI feature.
AI Credits are not refundable, redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable except where required by applicable law.
3. Built-for-You Concierge Services
Concierge fees are separate from subscriptions, AI Credits, and usage fees. Payment for Concierge Services does not cancel, pause, discount, or replace a subscription or applicable platform fees.
Concierge fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
