Account information
When you register, we collect details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with a third-party provider (for example Google), we receive profile information permitted by that provider.
Usage and device information
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, project activity, and technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
Content you upload or create
This includes 3D models, images, videos, audio, marker images, project settings, and other assets you add to the platform, as well as AR experiences you publish through LiveLens.
AI generation inputs
When you use AI Studio (text-to-3D, image-to-3D, or related generation features), we process the prompts, reference images, and generation parameters you submit in order to fulfill the request and deliver results to your asset library.
Billing information
Subscription and credit purchases are processed by our payment partners. We receive transaction references, plan details, and billing status—not full payment card numbers, which are handled by the payment processor.
AR experience analytics
When end users open published experiences, we may collect engagement events (such as launches, session duration, and interaction metrics) to provide analytics to project owners.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process subscriptions, credits, and billing
- Run AI asset generation and store outputs in your library
- Host, deliver, and display your AR experiences
- Provide analytics and usage reporting

- AR technology partners required to render web-based AR experiences in the browser
- AI providers when you use generation features, to process your inputs and return generated assets
- Other users or the public when you publish an experience or share a project link, according to your publishing settings

4. Data retention
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
